West Seattle is known for its small town feel within minutes of the downtown business center of Seattle. Residents and tourists from around the world alike enjoy the slower summer lifestyle that comes with the warm, sandy shores of Alki Beach as well as the beautiful view points of the Seattle skyline to the east and the Olympic Mountains to the west.  

West Seattle is a hilly peninsula surrounded by the Puget Sound, Elliot Bay, and the Duwamish River. Many homes have beautiful sunrise or sunset views. Geographically W. Seattle is a large part of the greater Seattle area. Its also made up on many smaller neighborhoods including Alki, N. Admiral, Admiral Junction, Belvidere, Beach Drive, Genesee to the north; Alaska Junction, Gatewood, Seaview, Fairmount, High Point, and the Morgan Junction centrally. To the south are the neighborhoods of Fauntleroy, Lincoln Park, Marine View, Arbor Heights, Arroyo Beach, Seola Beach, Shorewood, Roxhill and Westwood. Along the east side of the W. Seattle peninsula you will find the North and South Delridge neighborhoods as well as Pigeon Point, Puget Park and Highland Park.
