New to Delridge?

Delridge is a collection of residential neighborhoods in the valley that runs along Longfellow Creek between the West Seattle Bridge and White Center. A giant playfield surrounding the Delridge Community Center includes a playground and the Delridge Skatepark. The Youngstown Cultural Arts Center sits right across the street, providing cultural events, education and other services to area residents. Pearl’s Tea & Coffee, Pho Aroma and Olympia Pizza & Pasta are just a few of the many dining options along the main traffic artery, Delridge Way. Quiet neighborhoods are nestled into the hillside close to Longfellow Creek with many greenway trails leading up to Camp Long. Hope Depot and the West Seattle Police Station anchor the southern end of the community. Townhomes complexes are common in the area, especially along Delridge Way, Thistle and Holden. Modern homes are being newly constructed in the hillside to enjoy lovely valley views. Spit Levels, ramblers and bungalows are also common. 21st Street quietly rolls along the ridge south of Holden, providing scenic views to many west-facing homes. Riverview, on the northwestern edge of the Delridge, is home to South Seattle Community college, the Seattle Chinese Gardens and the Riverview Playfield.
