Shortly after your home is listed, I will hold a Broker’s Open House for all local real estate agents. This provides agents an opportunity to preview the home for their active buyers. I will also schedule with your permission Public Open Houses to allow prospective buyers an opportunity to tour and view the home.
With the great photos, I will create a high quality card stock weight brochure to showcase your home as a take-way for all prospective buyers when touring your home.
As needed, I will place “Silent Talker” cards highlighting your home’s special features in different areas of your house. These help bring attention to items we want the buyer to be aware of or features they may not easily notice during a first walk-through.
I will contact every agent who shows or previews your home. It is not only important to find out what buyers thought, but we also need to know what the Realtor’s thoughts are too.
At a minimum, I will contact you weekly to give you an update on the marketing of your home and how many previews and showings your home has had.
